Success Sessions are an integral part of a successful training program. The process starts with accurately measuring your current physical condition and movement patterns. Success Sessions also include goal setting and a FREE Two Week Trial to get familiar with our gym.
We offer Small Group Memberships at varying levels to accommodate sport seasons, individual goals and to give our athletes hands on coaching. Memberships are from 1X Week to Unlimited and all include full access to our gym during normal business hours. The goal of our Memberships is long-term development and success.
Mash Performance offers team training options for all sports. We currently work with Minnesota Mash Baseball Club, Dakota Rev Soccer & Hill-Murray Hockey. Team training is a great way to develop specific team needs and increase team chemistry through hard work.
