Success Sessions $49Includes a Two-Week Trial
Success Sessions are an integral part of a training program. A Success Session starts with accurately measuring your current physical condition. Performance measures such as vertical, foot speed, agility and general strength are tested. After testing, athletes will participate in goal setting and schedule their two-week trail with one of our strength coaches. An athlete must have tangible goals to measure success. It all starts with a Success Session.

1X Week Membership | $119/month
4 Small Group Classes per Month + Custom Strength Program. This membership is perfect for athletes in-season or athletes with years of training experience. The custom strength program allows athletes to come in multiple days per week, with their most complex day being with a strength coach.
2X Week Membership | $199/month
8 Small Group Classes per Month + Custom Strength Program. Our most popular membership. This gives athletes with little weight room experience an opportunity to train with our coaching staff on a consistent basis. We will work with you directly to tailor a training program around your goals and seasonal sport demands. A 2X Week Membership is an ideal starting point for our athletes.
3X Week Membership | $249/month
12 Small Group Classes per Month + Custom Strength Program. This membership is perfect for serious athletes looking to pursue varsity level athletics. This is an ideal option for off-season training to build size, increase speed and get consistent coaching on all exercises.
Family Membership | $299/month
Unlimited Classes. The full package. This membership has it all. Our training staff will consistently train you in a small group setting every time you are in. We will work with you directly to tailor your training program around your short- and long-term goals and you seasonal sport demands. A Premium Membership is ideal for athletes looking for consistent direction in their training program.
