This membership is great for a self-motivated athlete on a custom strength program looking to get coaching on technical lifting days or to add Speed/Agility Classes. This membership also works great for a general population athlete looking for training at least once per week to stay on track with movement patterns and intensities.

PREMIUM Membership$249/mo | $229 with annual commitment

Unlimited Classes; the full package. This membership has it all. Our training staff will consistently train you in a small group setting every time you are in. We will work with you directly to tailor your training program around your short- and long-term goals and you seasonal sport demands. A Premium Membership is ideal for athletes looking for consistent direction in their training program.

BASIC Membership$199/Mo | $179 with annual commitment

8 Small Group Classes per Month + Custom Strength Program. Our most popular membership. This membership allows our training staff to properly coach you twice a week. Off-Season, an athlete can supplement a custom strength program with Speed/Agility classes to round out a full conditioning program. In-Season an athlete can add classes specific to sport demands, staying healthy and maintaining strength gains.
