MP SPORT Specific Camps

MASH Sports Performance Camps are designed for athletes of specific sports to prepare and train around other like-minded athletes. Camps will primarily focus on strength training and include drills that relate to the given sport. Sport Specific Camps run 8-weeks from June 10 - August 1st, including 16 sessions. We also run SPEED CAMPS throughout the summer for athletes looking to improve their acceleration and top end speed.
