A perfect fit for athletes ages 14 and older. MASH delivers functional total body workouts with premium coaching, every session includes a dynamic warm-up, strength, power, acceleration, and injury prevention.

  • 60 minute sessions led by our full-time staff

CUSTOM STRENGTH TRAINING

Personal training in a small group setting. Custom Strength Training is for dedicated athletes looking to capitalize on specific needs. We customize a program based on your movement assessment, health history, goals, and frequency. You train with up to 8 athletes and receive daily coaching within our exceptional atmosphere.
